I did these nails awhile ago but managed to post them up now.
If they seem familiar to you, they're the Bumble Bee Nails that Bubzbeauty did!
I was always wanting to do these nails when she first uploaded this... in 2011, yes I am very late but I never had the chance to get a light blue nail polish until now so I did these nails once I bought the colour.

Lancome Artliner in Noir

I think majority of us would already know about Michelle Phan being Lancome's video make-up artist.
I remember being subscribed to her for probably around 3 years and I remember her using Lancome products most of the time and seeing her use the Lancome Artliner.
I had a big obsession with all types of eyeliners back then (still do!) and I always wanted to try the Lancome Artliner.

I managed to pick up the colour 01 Noir (plain black) during the Boxing Day sales at David Jones for $45.90 as they were having a 10% off promotion.

"Gentle felt eyeliner. An intense and precise line, in a single sweep. Exceptionally long-lasting. Shake before use"

Contains only 1.4ml which is pretty small considering that majority of the liquid eyeliners I own contain around 3.5ml.
Also lasts for 6 months.

I had to show this! I couldnt get over how the inside of the box was black and how the outside was silver. In love with the box. I can't seem to get myself to throw out the box...

The thing about this is that you have to shake before use, unlike some of the eyeliners I've used shaking before use does help put more product on the felt tip.
You don't have to shake too hard for this or else you will get a heck of a lot of product!
I like to hold the eyeliner with 2 fingers and swing it back and forth instead of shaking but you can do whatever you like to shake it, I know some people like to hit the eyeliner on the back of their hands.

When you first open it up, the felt tip applicator will be white so you have to shake the eyeliner to get the product.

I was quite disappointed with the applicator since it wasn't sharp at the tip (I like to have a sharp wing for my eyeliner) but the size of it was decent, not big nor small. But the good thing about it not having a sharp tip is that you can apply your eyeliner using the very tip of the felt tip which can also come in handy for lining in-between the lashes without poking your eyes out!

Swatches:

As for the product, it dries a matte finish and does last fairly well during the day but I did wear this out yesterday when it was blazing hot and sadly the eyeliner was all patchy and faded at the ends (including the inner corners!).
Disappointed that it didnt last on my oily lids, I did have high hopes for this one but I wouldn't repurchase this.
Though if you don't have oily lids I'm pretty sure it will last a lot longer.

Have you tried the Lancome Artliner?

Introducing the Natures Healthbox! 3 reviews in 1

Awhile ago I was sent 3 products to try out and review from the lovely Natures Healthbox crew!
They sell eco-friendly, natural and organic products for reasonable prices!
Though the international shipping does put me off , but for my UK followers I think the shipping is well worth it.
Orders under £50- Delivery within 24 hours of dispatch, full online tracking. £5.99
Orders over £50- Delivery within 24-48 hours of dispatch, FREE.

What I recieved was the hnz Hand & Nail Cream, Bio-Oil and the Green People Gentle Cleanse & Make-Up Remover.
This will be quite a long blog post since it will contain 3 reviews in 1.

Excuse my messy desk and yes that is a fridge on the left.
First up on the review is the famous Bio-Oil!
I've heard so much raves and some downfalls on this one, which is why I never ended up purchasing this.
Got the 125ml size which will last for a long time!

Ingredients, Directions & Precautions, Application
What you can use it on
Some more pics of the box!

Sadly for me I suffer from scars and uneven skin tones.
When I was little I was always running around and I do have some scars on my knee from falling which have never gone away. As for the uneven skin tone I have a random patch of a slightly darker darker on my arm which has always been from what I remember.

I have heard some people using this on their acne scarring and it did work for them but some people have also said that it had broke out on them. So be aware of using this on your face.

They state that you have to use this twice daily for a minimum of 3 months, and I have only use this for around a month and I haven't seen an improvement on my scars and pigmentation marks yet. So I can't exactly judge whether this has worked or not.

The second product I was sent was the Green People Gentle Cleanse & Make-Up Remover.

Retails at £9.89
Link Here

I was excited when I saw this, I'm always looking out for different make-up removers to try.
I've been using this non-stop lately and I can now say this is part of my HG products!

Contains Aloe Vera, Calendula and Shea Butter which is supposedly rich in 'skin softening'.
Also states that it effectively removes make-up,mascara and lipstick.

Also made with 91.6% Organic ingredients!

I love how they donate 10% of profit to charity, you don't see many people doing that to their products nowadays.

One pump
The product comes out in a pump like this, I use around a pump (sometimes less) and then use it like a regular cleanser.
The product was in a cream form that felt thick once you apply it on your face.
I was quite disappointed with it removing my eye makeup, all it did was smudge my makeup giving me panda eyes which didn't come off unless I used my Garnier make-up remover, also it felt like rubbing thick cream all over your face. It did a fairly good job removing my face makeup though.
What I was impressed with was the fact that it made my skin afterwards feel super smooth as if I've already moisturised my face.

I would definitely repurchase this one!

Lastly I was sent the hnz Hand & Nail Cream.

Retails at £6.49

Contains a combination of UMF 16+ Manuka honey, Shea Butter & Olive Oil.
I've never heard of Manuka honey but I have heard that Shea Butter and Olive Oil is helpful for dry skin.

Ingredients

I'm not a big hand cream person, my hands aren't dry nor is it smooth so I feel as though I don't need hand cream. The only time I use hand cream is when I like the scent.

The back

When I first opened it the first thing I noticed was the scent, it was very odd to me, I was expecting to to smell like honey but it smells... [undescribable].
It wasnt pleasant nor was it non-pleasant.
But I can smell a hint of honey in its scent somewhere.

My skin looks rather dull here
When I used this it had a small feeling of oil in it which goes away after a few minutes.
My hands do feel moisturised so thats a plus!
To me it just feels like another hand cream, nothing special.

I also forgot to say that I did use this on my nails and tbh my nails are completely dry since I'm always putting nail polish on it.
When I used the cream it made a big difference to them. They felt smoother than usual which is what I'll be mainly using this cream for!

Models Prefer 5pc Manicure Set

While having a lovely Priceline spree awhile ago, I walked by a shelf selling Models Prefer 5pc Manicure Set for $5, it came in many colours but I really liked the black one. So I took advantage of the time to buy it since I was looking for new tweezers (lost my old one sadly).

It includes
  • Cuticle Cleaner (Probably won't be using this but might come in handy someday)
  • Nail File
  • Tweezers
  • Cuticle Scissors
  • Nail Clippers

The lace design on the front & back

Inside
So far I'm actually really loving this manicure set, although I haven't even used the cuticle cleaner.
The nail file does a pretty decent job, but I don't like how thin it is since it is a bit hard to slide it out from the elastic and it also sometimes gets caught onto the fabric lining.
The tweezers was probably my favourite out of the whole set, it managed to pluck out the very short, hard to pluck eyebrow hair and it also felt and looked very sleek.
I've only used the nail scissors once for my nails, and I actually preferred using it over the nail clipper. I used it to cut my soon-to-be-breaking pinky nail, it was a very clean cut compared to using clippers so I'll definitely be trying it on the rest of my nails when the time comes!
Lastly the nail clippers was soft of a hit and miss for me, on the first use i was pretty impressed with it, it was bigger than the average nail clipper and made a clean cut, but after a few uses it sometimes didnt fully cut the nail in one go but on some other days it performed perfectly, not really sure what was going on but i'm still happy with it.

For the price of $5 for 5 pc it was well worth the price seeing as though each piece equals to $1. It was a great bargain so I would definitely recommend this!
